Important Notes:
- You need a T25 Torx bit/wrench and 4mm Allen Key to secure the provided titanium screws.
- Do not overtighten the screws – Use thread locker to keep things in place and tight.
- Bracket is meant to be used with the same transition hook developped for the dual side-by-side kit. The screws come at a specific angle to accomodate that (transition hook is common).
If you want secure the screws in something else (i.e. nuts or Wove’s dog bone) contact me and I can offer a custom version of the bracket with screws coming down straight. - Thread Locker: to prevent the screws coming loose due to road vibrations, it is strongly recommended to use a removable (non-permanent) thread locker compound (like “blue Loctite 242”, Permatex Blue, etc).
This is valid for any BTA/BTS setup by the way!
You can find this at your local hardware store (considered hazardous material for shipping, I could not include with the kit).

Kit Components & Installation
Nylon (plastic) washers are provided. The 15 mm OD ones are for the cage screws, the 10 mm OD ones are for the bracket screws.
Bracket screws (black) use a 4mm Allen wrench to secure the bracket through the saddle to the transition hook.
Longer 25 mm screw goes on the far rear, shorter 20mm screw is for the front of the bracket
Don’t forget to apply Blue Thread Locker on the threads before assembly, and do not tighten too tight!
Then you can secure the bottle cage using the “disc shaped head” screws (blue) with a T25 Torx bit. The nylon washers are optional but helps protect your cage. Use thread locker as well and do not tighten too tight.
Tilt adjustment: there is none. If a small adjustment is needed, you can try with washers in front or back but otherwise if the angle of the cage is not good, contact me and let me know what you would need. I can make a special bracket for you and we’ll figure something fair.
Fore-aft adjustment: none built in. But you can easily add a Wolf Tooth BRAD-2 cage re-locator bracket (Amazon link) to provide this functionality. Or contact me to see if I can make something custom for you.
VERY IMPORTANT
When securing the bottle cage to the bracket, very short screws (and washers as shims as needed) must be used to make sure the cage screws are not sticking out past the bottom of the bracket (shown by the ride lines below in the side view) -> otherwise they will interfere and damage the 3D printed bracket!!
The Wolf Tooth bracket comes with short screws (7.5 mm) and washers.
