1. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability shown on our website are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, particularly for products or components produced in small batches or on demand. Assume that it may take a week before the item can ship. In case of doubt or for time critical needs, please contact me first before ordering.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, specifications, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing and Currency
Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on this website are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be added where applicable.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier, unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.
Note For US Customers: the bike accessories offered here qualify for “duty free” processing under USMCA and I will provide documentation as such when shipping – but I can’t control if CBP rules otherwise at time of entry. In case of issues, contact me and I will provide information to help you contest if desired.
Also please note that either way, the carrier will likely charge some fees to handle customs clearance: these are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Payment
Payment is required at the time an order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store your complete credit card information.
4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, payment issues, or inability to fulfill the order.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Canada.
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout where available.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
For shipments outside Canada, customs processing may result in additional delays and fees (See item 2 above).
6. Returns, Refunds and Product Issues
We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or products that are no longer wanted.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, or experience another issue with your order, please contact us before returning any item. We will work with you to assess the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement part, replacement product, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

7. Product Installation and Use
Our products must be installed and used appropriately and for their intended purpose.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is compatible with their equipment and is properly installed (please read the instructions!), secured, inspected, and maintained.
For bicycle accessories, components should be checked regularly for proper installation, security, wear, damage, or loosening, particularly before use.
Products should not be used if damaged, improperly installed, or otherwise unsafe.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use, misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to maintain our products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property
Product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, and other original material appearing on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
10. Website Information and Errors
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on this website. Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where reasonably necessary, cancel or adjust an affected order. If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Information necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, arrange shipping, or provide other services may be shared with the relevant service providers.

These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through this website are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on the customer’s location.
